		<description>From a branding perspective, it's incredibly important for visitors to "feel" that they're in a similar environment, but to also feel that it's unique.

We're moving all the sites to the "Play Girlz" template, with their own colours and such over time. It gets higher clickthroughs for AdSense and is generally a better impression for readers.

As to whether we'll give each of our sites it's own completely unique look and feel? We'll see. Once we're on a similar template it'll be easier to make that decision :)</description>

		<description>I agree that different designs will be more effective.  Part of it has to do with differentiation - the sites really deal with independent topics and should be treated as such.  Another reason may be to keep Adsense earnings strong by keeping things fresh.</description>
